Chris Conroy brought support for RTSP transfers, and with it comes 8(!) new libcurl options for controlling what to get and how to receive posssibly interleaved RTP data. Initial commit.

curl_easy_setopt() options: 174
- Introducing curl_easy_send() and curl_easy_recv(). They can be used to send and receive data over a connection previously setup with curl_easy_perform() and its CURLOPT_CONNECT_ONLY option. The sendrecv.c example was added to show how they can be used.

David Hull made the file: URL parser also accept the somewhat sloppy file syntax: file:/path. I added test case 203 to verify this.

Armel Asselin made the CURLOPT_PREQUOTE option work fine even when CURLOPT_NOBODY is set true. PREQUOTE is then run roughly at the same place in the command sequence as it would have run if there would've been a transfer.

o VMS builder bad behavior when used in a batch job
- Jack Zhang reported a problem with SMTP: we wrongly used multiple addresses in the same RCPT TO line, when they should be sent in separate single commands. I updated test case 802 to verify this. - I also fixed a bad use of my_setopt_str() of CURLOPT_MAIL_RCPT in the curl tool which made it try to output it as string for the --libcurl feature which could lead to crashes.
