echel0n de5db9be64 Added ability to set a default indexer for trakt notifier used for adding shows from watch list so that SickRage knows what indexer to set the show as. ... Indexer mapping now uses indexer api calls to gather its information and then stores it to a new table called indexer_mapping for instant lookups later on.
