6b6d270056 Added option to set ShowUpdate time 
- Changed hardcoded value from 3 to SHOWUPDATE_HOUR
- Added field in Config General to set SHOWUPDATE_HOUR
- Default value is still 3 (am), added check if value over 23 or under 0
set to 0 (12am).

9a3fec811f Fix for 'List type has no attribute' on setting failed 
- Fixes the erroneous use of segment as a list, when it is already a
list of episodes. This causes various errors in debug log complaining
about missing attributes.

This usage was introduced in
a4c8c53c91

961ffe735c Added Episode check to PP history check 
- Fixes issue when Post-Processing a file with a generic filename in a
subfolder resulting in "Already Processed" errors

- Added a Show, Season, Episode parse to the dirname, and if that
results in usable data it adds it to the history check so this is
performed on that specific episode only

- Added option checkbox under General -> GUI (display filesizes)
- Added filesize column on Show Page to display filesize when episode is
Downloaded
- Changed style min-width for Episode Name when display_filesize = True
to keep episode names from wrapping around earlier on mobile devices.

5088e06e28 Changed Releasegroup handling in Renamer 
- Added a check for release_group field in db
- Added a check for location field in db (filename, requires
qual-RLSGROUP convention to be succesful)

- If release_group field in db empty and the releasegroup was found in
either release_name or location fields, then updates the db with the
releasegroup. Except when releasegroup is 'SiCKRAGE'
- If release_name is empty, and SR wants to replace it with a generic
one, it will now use the releasegroup if found, and otherwise replace
with SiCKRAGE.

728b7bb107 Fix versionchecker 
In CheckVersion.init (sickbeard/versionChecker.py, line 41), the install_type attribute is only assigned if sickbeard.gh has been set, and it won't be if SR couldn't connect to Github. The restart code (SickBeard.py, line 482) tries to access install_type to determine which update command to run, which raises an AttributeError and prevents SR from restarting.

81e4cfcd29 Don't clean user files when GIT CLEAN 
The "x" option ignores the .gitignore

-x
Don’t use the standard ignore rules read from .gitignore (per directory) and $GIT_DIR/info/exclude, but do still use the ignore rules given with -e options. This allows removing all untracked files, including build products. This can be used (possibly in conjunction with git reset) to create a pristine working directory to test a clean build.

482f20b735 Malformed airdates now raises a warning instead of a error so we dont clutter logs. 
Updates now remove untracked files plus perform a hard reset on branch if first update attempt fails then trys to update for a 2nd time.
