Pleroma maintenance is usually done with mix tasks.
You can run these tasks in your running pleroma server using

If you need to fix some bigger issues you can also spawn a shell with

Older versions of this script contained a huge amount of scripting to support all kinds of reverse-proxy setups.
This newer version tries to focus only on providing good setup tooling.
You will have to configure your own reverse-proxy.
You can use Caddy, Traefik, Apache, nginx, or whatever else you could come up with.
