Clean __osMalloc.c (#4351)

* Remove #ifs

* Add `NODE_IS_VALID`

* Fix current macros

* `NODE_GET_NEXT` & `NODE_GET_PREV`

* Add macros

* Use macros and general cleanup

* Fix build (hopefully)

* Address review
