Update to RCObjects (#3193)

* Add `vanillaCheck` to `RandomizerCheckObjects` and update the `RCObjects` table and macro.

Update `ogItemId` for many checks.

* Rename `vanillaCheck` to `vanillaHundoCheck`.

* One more rename to `vanillaCompletion` to avoid possible confusion with 100% speedrun conditions.
